The brand is founded by beauty veteran Amy Liu who wanted to create accessible, irritant-free, high-performance products while still having fun. Tower 28 is the first and only makeup brand to follow National Eczema Association’s Ingredient Guidelines. The brand is named after the lifeguard tower in Los Angeles, a sign of safety, community, and healthy fun.
