Charisse Ford Hughes

Charisse Ford Hughes has over 23 years as a marketing executive leading global, consumer brands. Charisse is currently Chief Brand & Advanced Analytics officer of Kellogg Company. She is a member of Kellogg Company’s executive committee leadership team and was previously Chief Marketing Officer.
Prior to this, Charisse was CMO Pandora Americas, and previously was Senior Vice President at the Estee Lauder Companies, leading the Estee Lauder brand.  Ms. Hughes serves on the Board of Directors for Crocs, Inc. She is also a Board Advisor for Pixability, and she sits on the Board of Delivering Good, a non-profit which donates new merchandise to help people in need.
