Jess Jacobs is the CEO of Coterie, where her strategic vision is instrumental in driving Coterie’s growth in the highly competitive diaper industry, challenging the traditional dominance of established brands and reshaping the market landscape. Under her leadership, Jess guided Coterie’s category expansion into skincare, elevating it to a comprehensive baby care brand, and successfully led the company through its acquisition by Mammoth Brands in 2025.

Before she was appointed CEO, Jess served as Coterie’s Chief Brand Officer, where she led the team responsible for growing brand awareness and deepening affinity with its loyal and engaged community.

Jess is a storytelling expert with more than 15 years of experience building premium brands and crafting inspiring content for some of the most iconic companies, including Nike, Apple, and Glossier. Before Coterie, Jess was VP of Creative for Lola, an omni-channel feminine care brand with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
