Jess Weber has over 15 years of experience building transformative teams within notable consumer brands. Before joining Prelude Growth Partners, Jess served as the President and Interim CEO of Creatively, a digital talent marketplace. Previously, she was an executive search consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she partnered with early-stage and Fortune 500 consumer clients to advance their strategic vision through talent. Jess has also held operating roles within media, retail, and CPG businesses. She earned her M.B.A. from The Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from New York University.
