Rich Greenberg, CEO of Pet Honesty, is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. His strategic leadership has played a pivotal role in steering Pet Honesty’s remarkable journey into over 13,000 retail locations in less than 4 years, including Petco, PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Target, and Walmart while driving substantial growth in their online presence on platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, and PetHonesty.com.  Pet Honesty is one of the leading dog and cat health and wellness brands in the industry.

With over two decades of invaluable experience in the CPG sector, Rich has established himself as a visionary leader that has experience in Food, HBC, and Pet Care. Rich has broad experience in small, mid-size, and large global private equity backed & public companies with a passion for on-trend purpose driven missions. Before joining Pet Honesty, he served as a founding partner and the Chief Commercial Officer of Sovos Brands, renowned for its leading products including Rao’s Homemade and Noosa Yoghurt. Sovos Brands became the fastest growing food brand in North America in only 4 years and reached a $2B market cap after the IPO on the Nasdaq and then the business sold to Campbell’s.  Prior to Sovos, Rich held significant leadership positions in the household products sector, notably as the General Manager and Chief Customer Officer at the Sun Products Laundry and Cleaning Corporation, which executed a successful sale to Henkel Corporation.

Rich Greenberg’s transformative leadership style, combined with his expertise in IPOs and strategic events, positions him as a driving force behind Pet Honesty’s success and growth in the dynamic pet health industry. In addition, Rich has leveraged his deep operating experience and knowledge as a Board Director across a number of Food and HBC companies, including currently serving on the Blueland board.
